Monica Palomino joined GroundProbe in 2012 and has held several key roles, ultimately becoming VP Americas in November 2024.

Her career journey includes serving as Business Manager (July 2022 – November 2024), where she played a vital role in leading operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services across the Americas. Before this, Monica was Business Operations Manager (July 2021 – July 2022), responsible for operational efficiency, financial management, and compliance. During her tenure, she successfully introduced GroundProbe’s operations in Canada and Mexico, driving growth and managing the associated financial responsibilities.

Monica began her career at GroundProbe as a Business Administrator in 2012. There, she gained foundational experience in business administration and operational processes and contributed to the company’s strategic goals and expansion.
