Operations and Service Coordinator.

 How long have you been with GroundProbe?

11 years, 6 months.

What does your current role at GroundProbe entail?

Supporting the operations team in ensuring the clients get the best service from our field technicians, supporting the technicians by providing the tools and means to do their job to the best level possible.

I am the first point of contact for our clients from the Northern Cape region of South Africa, assisting the Logistics and Fleet Manager.

What do you love most about working at GroundProbe?

GroundProbe respects and values its employees. I always know what is expected from me as an employee, and there’s room for growth within the organization.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I’m passionate about my work at GroundProbe, where I’ve been for over 11 years. From technical specialist to managerial role, I’ve supported sites across Africa and gained extensive experience, particularly in the mining sector. My military background has equipped me with valuable skills in engaging with diverse groups. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on game drives, and playing soccer.

I am proud of the fact that GroundProbe SA is continuing to make a difference by supporting under privileged children through the Mark Fish foundation and BN Soccer tournaments, hosted every December since 2017.
