What is your name?
My name is Monica Palomino.
What is your position at GroundProbe?
I am the Business Manager – North America where I have the privilege of leading a team of talented employees that provide exceptional service and support to our customers across the US, Mexico and Canada.
How long have you been working for GroundProbe?
Almost 11 years. I started out as a Finance Administrator, then became the business unit Finance Manager, and have now been given the opportunity to lead the business unit as the Business Manager.
What makes your job unique?
GroundProbe is an innovative technology company that is constantly evolving and changing, which means there are always new opportunities and challenges to take on. I enjoy the opportunities that change provides, allowing people to work together and build strong relationships within the industry.
What is the best part of working at GroundProbe?

Why do you love what you do?
I love what I do at GroundProbe as it has allowed me to grow and develop as a person and realize that what I/we do as a company matters.
Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I was born in Tucson. Arizona. My favorite sport is American Football, and I am a die-hard Arizona Cardinals fan. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and riding motorcycles.
