The fact Im supported in thinking creatively to solve complex and unique problems and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Why do you love what you do?

I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. I enjoy my workplace’s collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people. I also love the fact I have the chance to collaborate, innovate, meet targets, help others, and challenge myself.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I was born in California and left the United States when I was one year old, as my father was in the military. I spent 15 years overseas, travelling worldwide and learning about different cultures. I now live in Tucson, Arizona, where I started my career in manufacturing.
