Meet Our People: Antonio Rocha, GroundProbe Head of Group Business Development

My name is Antonio Rocha.

I have been with GroundProbe for eight years, previously as Business Manager Brazil, Peru and Colombia.

What’s The Best Part of Working At GroundProbe?

I am a long-term mine engineer with more than 22 years of experience working in mining and business roles within global technology and mining. Working within the mining industry is my passion.

The best part of my job at GroundProbe is combining my technical background and years of industry experience with interacting directly with our customers – understanding their monitoring needs and providing them with the right technological solutions. I also love being out on the field!

Funnily enough, I began my career working for technology companies specialising in mine planning, then a few years at a large iron ore producer in Brazil, and now at GroundProbe. Geotechnical Engineers were my customers at the beginning of my career, followed by my company colleagues, and now my customers and colleagues! A career full circle!
