GroundProbe Recognised at Women in Digital Awards 2023
The winners of Australia’s Women in Digital Awards 2023 were announced on Friday, 3 November. GroundProbe was a finalist in the Employer of the Year category.
The Women in Digital Awards, founded in 2018 is based on the idea that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’ and celebrates the achievements of incredible women within the digital industries and the organisations that support them.
As a finalist within the Employer of the Year category, GroundProbe was acknowledged for promoting the importance of diversity in developing more innovative and inclusive companies to support the future pipeline of women in technology.
Supporting our entry, GroundProbe’s HR Business Partner, Lauren Cameron said,
“At GroundProbe, we are stronger together. We strive to represent the communities we operate, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone can make a difference and deliver their best,
“By embracing different genders, ages, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, we allow them to apply their diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives toward our common goal.
“The success of GroundProbe’s business and its continual year-on-year growth is built on a culture of innovation that permeates every level of the company.
“To achieve our vision, we have tailored a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Plan 2023-2025 – detailing our commitment to improving diversity, embedding equity, and supporting an inclusive work culture. We believe diversity, equity and inclusion are good for everyone and make good business sense.”
