What does your current role at GroundProbe entail?

I manage the Geotechnical Support Services (GSS) team in Balikpapan, providing detailed data analysis, interpretation, and advanced geotechnical slope stability monitoring reports

What makes your job unique? 

The GSS Reporting team in Balikpapan generates over 2,800 geotechnical slope monitoring reports monthly. These reports are delivered to mining and infrastructure projects worldwide, giving us extensive knowledge and experience in geotechnical monitoring. Our reports help on-site teams manage risks and save lives.

What do you love most about working at GroundProbe?

GroundProbe respects and values its employees. I always know what is expected of me, and the organization has ample room for growth. Saving lives is the best part of my job! I also enjoy visiting mine sites across the globe, interacting with people, and working in a supportive environment. Additionally, GroundProbe supported my studies, enabling me to complete a master’s degree in disaster management.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I graduated from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta with a Bachelor of Geological Engineering in 2011 and completed a Master of Disaster Management in 2024. I have been working in the mining industry for over 13 years. Playing the piano is one of my favorite hobbies, and I enjoy spending my free time playing musical instruments with family and friends.
