Lauren Cameron
HR Business Partner - GroundProbeLauren Cameron joined GroundProbe in March 2015 and currently serves as HR Business Partner. Initially appointed as HR Advisor for the APA and EMEA regions, Lauren also spearheaded workplace health and safety initiatives across the global business. In 2020, she was promoted to her current role, where she leads GroundProbe’s HR team.
Lauren partners closely with the executive team, global functions, and international business units to drive growth through strategic HR initiatives. Her responsibilities include workforce planning, leadership development, organisational design, and fostering employee engagement.
Before joining GroundProbe, Lauren held various roles in HR, recruitment, and workplace health and safety within the resources and civil sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources, Marketing, and International Business from the University of Tasmania, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Market Research from the University of Southern Queensland.
